Materials & Finishes

  • 6061-T6 (billet/CNC): higher strength for roll-cage and utility builds.

  • 6063 (extrusion): clean cosmetics for industrial/architectural handles.

  • Finishes: clear/black anodized (marine-friendly), powder-coat (UV/color), brushed/polished (interiors).

Size & Hole Spacing

Match your existing center-to-center (C-to-C) holes before ordering.
Common C-to-C: 6 in, 7-1/4 in, 10 in. Typical lengths: 7–16 in; long bars 30–40 in. Grip Ø ≈ 1-1/8 in.

Mounting Options

Through-bolt (+ backing plate) = max pull-out; blind/tapped ends = clean look; flanged = easy retrofit; clamp-on = tube/roll-cage (specify OD); weld-on = permanent.
